A few weeks ago, I couldn’t resist making a night out of a new recipe, and realized I had almost every ingredient for poblano stuffed portabello mushrooms. I turned up the music, made a mess of the kitchen, and in the end, enjoyed a lovely meal. It was the first time I roasted poblano peppers, and the first time I used the broiler – ever. It’s since inspired me to cook outside of my comfort zone, starting with peppers. Here are ten recipes that look delicious, whether you like ’em hot or not!
