Have a Great Weekend

September 12, 2014

It’s the weekend already! Woohoo! I’m looking forward to finishing True Blood, organizing my bedroom closet, and trying this cute coffee shop in my new ‘hood. I’m also on the hunt for some new living room furniture and thinking of trolling local garage sales… we’ll see. Hope you have a wonderful weekend! Here are highlights from around the web:

Wednesday Wisdoms #1

September 10, 2014

Happy Hump Day, ya’ll! I’m starting a new series I’ll post every Wednesday, mainly comprised of funny, inspiring, and matter-of-factly true images and typography. Consider it a little kick in the middle of the week to get you to that weekend finish line.

This first post isn’t really a wisdom, but I still wish I could print it on a t-shirt and wear it around the office. : )

Can’t Get Enough…

I have been craving coconut cashews ever since I tried them a few months ago, but I wasn’t going to make a special trip to the store (that’s nowhere near my place) just for a snack. Until the other day when I was at Trader Joe’s browsing the flowers (Okay, I will make a special trip for a cheap bouquet of flowers!) and bought a bag. Coconut cashews are so delicious! They taste like Fruit Loops to me – sweet, but not kick-you-in-the-teeth-I-can-only-eat-a-few-sweet, yah know? I may or may not have eaten the bag in a matter of days…

Do you have a favorite snack that you just can’t get enough of? I’d love to know!
